The loyalty program designed to incentivise and reward on-time bill payments. Through user interviews, I gained a deeper understanding of the construction industry and their inner workings in regard to bill payments, which insights were used to construct and develop the program system.

The program rewards clients with points earned for paying their invoices promptly. These points can be redeemed for rewards and shared among construction teams, creating a sense of teamwork and collective benefit. The program aims to strengthen rapport between clients and EquipmentShare, enhance customer retention, while keeping the company top of mind when renting equipment.
